FAQ
Nope! Your minis are printed directly in the colors you selected in the configurator. They arrive ready to use, so there’s no painting or assembly required.
Just pop them into their bases and your adventure can begin!
Depending on the figure, your mini stands on one of these bases. All of them are sized for the classic 1‑inch grid:
- Medium: Ø 25.6 mm · 1 square
- Large: Ø 51.2 mm · 2 × 2 squares
- Huge: Ø 76.8 mm · 3 × 3 squares
- Gargantuan: Ø 102.4 mm · 4 × 4 squares
Want a better feel for the size? Just hit the die button in the configurator and see your mini next to it!
Sure! You can take your minis off the base anytime and set them straight on the table. Handy when you want to show that a character has gone down or is out of the fight.
Then just plug them back into the base and the adventure continues!
The price depends on your mini’s size and its color tier: Subtle (1–3 colors), Loud (4–5) or Unhinged (6–7). You decide how colorful your adventure gets!
Building a whole party? It gets cheaper. Here’s how, right below.
You’re probably thinking: “I just wanted to buy some minis. Why is there an entire system involved?”
Here’s the deal:
- Minis that share colors can form a pack, as long as the whole pack uses 7 colors or fewer.
- 3+ minis in a pack: each one gets cheaper. 5+ minis: even cheaper.
- Each mini’s own color count still determines its individual price tier (Subtle, Loud or Unhinged).
Your cart automatically groups your minis into packs to save you as much as possible.
Sometimes, we’ll suggest swapping a color to save you even more. Our algorithm is pretty good at math. Its taste in colors? Let’s say it’s still learning. Luckily, you’re always in control and can change any color whenever you like.
If your minis land in different packs and one would cost less, your cart offers to bring the whole group into one pack. It swaps a few colors for similar ones, and every mini stays recognizable. Hover the button with your mouse to see it on the table first.
You don’t have to understand any of this. Pick your minis, choose your colors, and let the discounts sort themselves out.
A warband is a quick start for building your packs: a handful of minis that work well together and already share a theme. One click, and the whole warband is ready for the table.
Change the theme or any warband color, and all minis follow along. Of course, you can still customize each mini individually.
You also decide who marches into battle: take multiple copies of a mini or banish it from the warband entirely. Five skeletons with clubs instead of a mixed warband? No problem! All copies share the same color configuration.
A quick note: warbands come with no special discounts or rules of their own. They simply add regular minis to your cart, and the usual pack discounts apply as always. Anything you can do with a warband, you can also put together manually.
Missing a mini? Just add it! It can join your pack, too. Use Pin colors in your cart to keep your warband’s colors handy for your next minis.
The shape and color layout will match your selection in the configurator. However, the digital preview cannot fully capture the actual surface of the printed mini.
Our minis are made using multicolor 3D printing. Visible layer lines are part of the process, and tiny gaps may sometimes allow the color underneath to show through, particularly around narrow or diagonally arranged pixel surfaces. These characteristics give our minis their distinctive, slightly textured look. See how that looks in real life in our photos.
Actual colors may also vary slightly from how they appear on your screen.
We make your minis individually after you order.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll get a tracking link.
